2. Purchase a Bundle of Hope fat quarter bundle, which includes an entry
form to make a personal dedication

3.Make your mini-quilt
from the bundle and donate it with the completed entry form dedicated to someone you know touched by ovarian cancer.

4. See your mini-quilt and your personal dedication in the Bundles of Hope Quilt Gallery. Send in as many quilts and dedications as you like.
